A few things... I upgraded my https://github.com/MayMeow/cakephp-starter-kit to use #cakephp in version 4.3

Now you can start developing your new web application just by using command create-app your_app_name (Check Readme)

I prepared Dockerized version fo CakePHP Upgrade tool https://book.cakephp.org/4/en/appendices/4-0-upgrade-guide.html#upgrade-tool-use and i will soon pushing it to my github. 🎉
